Yes, a $100.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Yes, cancellations can be made 24 hours via email prior to pickup with no penalty.

Cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to pickup with no penalty, a less than 24 hrs notice will forfeit the renter’s $100.00 deposit and the full rental amount as indicated on the reservation confirmation will be charged to the renter. Acknowledgment of the cancellation will be emailed to the customer once we receive the cancellation request, and the reservation has been cancelled. Email: info@paulsjeeprental.com

We unfortunately do not offer any insurance at this time. However, we allow customers to use their personal automobile insurance as coverage for the rental.

Yes,  US Virgin Island law requires that all drivers are insured and covered to drive in the territory. Please contact your insurance agent to verify you are covered to drive in the USVI. If you do not have car insurance, or are not covered by your stateside insurance company, you will need to purchase rental car coverage through a third party travel insurance company.

Sorry, but we don't accept credit card insurance at this time. 

Yes, $8.00 per day is the daily fee for an additional driver. The credit card holder is considered the main driver.

  3. Children under 5 years or less than 40Ibs must use a children’s car seat and appropriate restraint
  4. Do not use handheld devices, alcohol, drugs, or medications before operating the vehicle.
  5. Be mindful of other drivers, pedestrians and animals
  6. 10 mph in and around town and 20 mph max speed in country.

The peak travel season is from November 15th to August 15th     

Off season is from August 16th to November 14th

We offer after-hours pickup, but it must be arranged in advance. Please call (340)-201-2501 or email (info@paulsjeeprental.com) the office once you’ve made your reservation to set up this service.

Yes. Renter must be 26 years old, have a valid driver's license with proof of auto liability and collision insurance valid to use in USVI and a major credit card.

  • Reservations may be made by phone by contacting us at 1-340-201-2501. Confirmation and communication regarding your reservation will be emailed to the email address provided.

Removing the jeep top is PROHIBITED. Renter will be subject to a $500.00 fee for EACH PANEL REMOVED from the Jeep Wrangler top.
